Isobel.

Two months ago Louise and I got to shoot the beautiful Isobel from Tamblyn. With help by the talented Lauren Chalmers looking after beauty.

Taking inspiration from structure and femininity. This was the outcome.

Enjoy.

Monochromatic

Autumn is finally upon us and although it's not really cold enough to wear this baby, I couldn't care less of what others thought as they saw me in this jumper. But  before I share with you about this monochromatic ensemble firstly I must apologise, for not being active with my blogg. Not only have I begun a 'relationship' with my assignments , but recently my wisdom tooth has decided to come for a visit.

Therefore resulting in my jaw being incredibly sore  making me angry and upset with no energy to blogg. So after a visit to the dentist I was given some med's. Having finally recovered , yesterday I was able to catch up with Taylor and sneak in some shots of my recent outfits. This lovely  monochromatic ensemble is something that I think describes my style being a mixture of class and edginess.

The amazing crisp white shirt with devine detailing of pleats that I purchased online from Saint Augustine Academy  has been one of  my favourite purchases for this year so far. Pairing such a nice shirt with my pants from Subfusco and jumper from True Religion was the best way to tone down this shirt for a casual day like this.Hope you liked it. Thoughts? Please share below.

Let the pants do the TALKING!

With colour blocking being a popular trend for the summer buying these shorts was an exceptional idea  for the season and for my wardrobe. Although it may be a trend ( colour blocking) I was gladly aware that I was bound for stare's. After all, seeing a guy in bright coloured shorts is something that you don't often see in the streets of Brisbane. On the other hand, paring something with such a bright piece is never an easy decision so making sure that I complimented the shorts without making my entire outfit overbearing was a key factor to choosing a tee.Scrummaging through my wardrobe I stumbled across this parisian inspired shirt purchased from cotton on and found it to be the perfect fit for the shorts.Bracelets from city beach were the perfect way  to add pop of colour to the wrist while also giving some tribal inspired designs to my outfit. The shoes from asos may not have been colourful or exciting but they did the job protecting my feet. Geek chic sunglasses from roger david were just added to this look for some nerdiness. Thoughts on this look? If so comment below!

aT last!

I'm glad to say that my mums 2010 xmas was put to good use in jan 2012. After being in my wardrobe for  an entire year I finally decided to wear these pants on the most hottest day of the year. Goood grief watson! you definitely chose the right OUTFIT for the right day.  Although it may have been a hot summers day I was happy with the outcome of my outifit. A main reason as to why I had not worn these pants yet was because I didn't know what to wear them with.......I literally had nothing in my WARDROBE that would go with these pants! . But now I'm glad to say that I do.
